It is our hope that every child entrusted to the care of the Terchoonian Home Orphanage will have the opportunity and the means to grow into a healthy, happy, self-sufficient, and self-respecting, and loving adult who is capable of achieving his or her dreams. For most of our children, the orphanage staff members are the only caregivers and parent figures they have known. Our dedicated staff members provide not only custodial and educational care but also tend to the social, emotional, and developmental needs of the children.
